Our Code of Conduct obliges AIXTRON employees to behave honestly and fairly towards suppliers in the spirit of cooperative partnerships. You are not yet an AIXTRON supplier and interested in a possible cooperation?

To establish a business relationship with AIXTRON, suppliers first go through an AIXTRON approval process. For this purpose, various information is collected and evaluated by AIXTRON. In addition to general information, this also includes approval of the AIXTRON Supplier Code of Conduct and answering questions as part of a supplier self-assessment. The necessity of concluding a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), any further written agreements, as well as the information security requirements resulting from the transaction are also examined.

As part of any ongoing business relationship, suppliers are obliged to inform AIXTRON of any changes that have a significant impact on the data collected during the qualification process.
