Your mission:

• Do you want to complete a solid vocational training programme and still purposefully work towards an academic degree? Then secure yourself the best possible foundations for a career with good prospects!
• The “Business Studies PLuS” course (Praxisverbund aus Lehre und Studium – integrated programme combining vocational training and studies) enables you to study for a Bachelor of Science in Business Studies at the FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences as well as pursue a vocational qualification as an industrial business management assistant from the Aachen Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK).
• During your basic studies at FH Aachen, you will learn a huge amount about business administration, accounting, business mathematics and statistics, personnel and language / social skills, business law and taxation, marketing, organisation and controlling, and procurement, production and logistics management. 
• Your main course of study will then move onto business management and the area of specialisation that you have chosen. This will give you the best possible preparation for your desired position following graduation. 
• In the practical phases, you will immerse yourself in the varied working environment at AIXTRON, get to know the different areas and departments, and be able to apply the knowledge freshly acquired in your studies in practice at our company. You will also successfully deal with your own small sub-projects that will help you along on a professional and personal level. How exciting!

• Good to excellent A levels / high-school diploma / Abitur or technical diploma / Fachabitur
• Interest in business management or commercial topics
• Very good command of English
• To be an outgoing, communicative and responsible person who is determined and ambitious, likes to work with numbers and looks forward to developing new ideas as part of a team
